The theory behind this diet secret is that since our bodies become accustomed to our daily eating habits and will adjust the metabolism to this pattern, if you frequently alternate the pattern of how you eat nutrients, this will keep your metabolism guessing. Guess what’s happening during this time? You got it! Your metabolism is going to elevate to the maximum causing lbs. of fat to melt away like crazy! The key is to make sure you are doing this in the right pattern.

3.) Lifestyle Changes – Besides those two tips above, the other main tip for fast weight loss is to ensure you are doing the base of a healthy lifestyle. The base of living healthier includes drinking more water (1/2 your body weight in ounces), getting more sleep (7-8 hours), and exercising at least 3 times a week (do both cardio and resistance training for amazing results).

Those 3 tips above enabled me to drop an astonishing 67 LBS. of stubborn fat in 4 months time, and I lost my first 20 pounds in 5 weeks! You know what else?
